Warranty RMA Request Policy

To complete your RMA request, please read the below policy and fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

A response will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 business hours, please be sure to check your spam and/or junk folders for any follow-up response from Big Jeff Audio about your return.

Once we email you back with the RMA number, please write that on the shipping box for us to process your order.

Once we receive your return, we will process them within 24 to 48 business hours, again please be sure to check your spam and/or junk folder.

THESE POLICIES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANYTIME TO KEEP UP WITH THE DEVELOPMENTS IN OUR INDUSTRY

Please be sure to contact us before sending back any returns! This is important for documentation of your purchase.

If returns are not sent with a return authorization number provided by Big Jeff, your return might be lost and/or sent back.

We do not cover the cost of any returns or warranties, please keep track of your tracking number for your return.

Your item must be returned with all contents and boxes that were sent to you, if you do not, that will affect your credit total. Serial numbers will be checked and need to match the same item sent to you.

No physical damage will be accepted and if deemed misuse of electronics and not a factory defect, then we cannot accept the return. Any missing parts will be charged and taken off the credit given.

Make sure to package up items properly and include everything that was shipped to you, parts papers boxes, etc, if not we will deduct according to the manufacturer price of replacement.

We are not responsible for any damages that occur in shipping, if this item is damaged upon arrival, we will either deny the return or deduct off your credit, depending on the damage after processing.

All returns are for credit only and will be the price you paid for that invoice, if you need a product to be swapped out, we recommend you send it to the manufacturer.

All warranty items that are not in stock will be for a credit on your account. Warranties through Big Jeff are for the first 6 months only.

There are no warranty, exchange, or return on pro audio horns, tweeters, drivers, competition subwoofers (6000+ Watts) or full range loudspeaker.

You are recommended to purchase rebuild kits if offered. We will not warranty amplifiers from Timpano.

All Timpano will go to the BTG Group ( PRV ) and you will need to go to http://www.prvaudio.com to fill out an RMA.

You will have to send those in on your own.

Deaf Bonce Atom Pro 9.5k, AAK-20000.1D and AAK-8000.1D will go to a repair center at:

This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from, but not limited to:

  • Improper installation
  • Product modification
  • Misuse and neglect
  • Abuse (items returned repeatedly for the same damage may be considered abuse)
  • Damage resulting from attempted repairs by unauthorized repair centers or individuals
  • Damage incurred during shipment
  • Product damaged in an accident
  • Damages due to criminal activity
  • Damages done by "acts of God" (lightning, flooding, etc.)
  • Blown outputs or power supplies in amplifiers from overdriving or under voltage due to ignoring the LED Clipping Indicator
  • Using an aluminum wire and/or any other wire that is not recommended in the owner’s manual on a high-current amplifier
  • We will not honor any warranty claim(s) on amplifiers purchased from other internet sellers
  • Excessive vibration damage in amplifiers due to improper installation
  • Installation and removal costs of the products associated with obtaining a warranty claim
  • Products with the serial number and/or warranty seal removed or damaged
